Bud Weaver Heating & Air Conditioning was established in August, 1948 by the late Bud Weaver, Sr as a heating, guttering and metalwork company. The late 50's saw a phase out of guttering with the onset of central air conditioning.

Bud Weaver, Jr. began full time in May 1969. The business was incorporated in 1986. The late Bud Weaver, Sr. retired and Bud Weaver, Jr. became owner in 1987.

Wes & Chris began working at the family business in 1993 after graduating from college. Wes graduated from Virginia Tech with a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Chris graduated from Virginia Western with a degree in HVAC. They continue to bring the knowledge and service the Roanoke Valley expects from Bud Weaver Heating & Air.
